More social engineering- it’s the modern political paradigm. At the same time however, every person in a country has an equal claim on all that Nature provided. This implies collective ownership of all natural resources. Therefore, when a company extracts resources from the ground it should buy out the equity of everyone else before selling the commodity in a market. The result would be a steady income to every man, woman and child but it would be the same for all.
